SINGLE AGENT COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Agents keep 80% to $100,000 GCI, and 100% thereafter!
As an Exit Agent, you will keep 80% of your commission up to $100,000 in gross commission; and 100% of every commission over
$100,000 GCI for the balance of the year. That’s a $20,000 cap on the amount of commission Exit Upstate will take from any single agent annually.
Plus, there are no 6-8% franchise fees to pay at Exit.

At Exit Upstate, we have the perfect scenario for two or more agents working as a team. At Exit Upstate, teams can combine
their commissions to get to the 100% level in rapid time and keep all of the commission until year end.

EXIT’S RESIDUAL INCOME
Copied by many, but never duplicated!
10% Residual Income: As an Exit agent, you’ll be able to take advantage of Exit’s unprecedented sponsoring
bonus of 10% of the gross commission income of every Agent you sponsor into Exit and anywhere Exit
has an office in North America. Receive up to $10,000 per agent per year… every year!
More importantly, Exit’s sponsoring income is a single level residual that pays you for as long as your recruit is with
the company. It is not profit sharing, multi-level marketing or down-line funny money. It is a true 10% of the
gross commission and is paid every time an agent you sponsored into the business has a closing.
7% Retirement Income: Even when you retire from real estate, you’ll continue to earn 7% of the gross commission
income for every agent you sponsored into the business.
In addition, you can also continue sponsoring people into the business even after you’re retired; thus increasing your retirement income.
5% Beneficiary Income: Even after your death, whoever you name as your beneficiary will continue to receive 5%
of the gross commission for everyone you sponsored into Exit.

PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
Realtor.com Program
- As an Exit agent, you’ll have your own free personal use of the Realtor.com “Showcase” package.
This is an extensive package and a terrific marketing tool for listing and selling homes. Having this program would cost
an average agent between $700 and $1,500 annually.
Appointment Center
- You will also have full use of the Appointment Center. The appointment Center provides a higher
level of customer service and a record of showings for both our agents and clients.
Lock Boxes
- Exit agents are supplied lock boxes free to use.
World Class Training
- We have training systems for new, experienced and part time agents.
- Exit’s one-of-a-kind live-interactive training is taught by one of the industries leading
and sought after teachers, Kevin Ahearn. The system is taught in a classroom setting and is taught “live”.
The system also allows everyone to participate. When you have questions, simply ask and the teacher will respond.
- We also have our 24/7 online training taught by Alex Szinegh and Jody Keats. This system is online
and can be accessed over the internet 24/7 on any home of office computer. It is a complete training system and can also be
accessed as refresher before going on an appointment.

customer contact database, email programs, print media, daily calendar and so much more.
EXIT e-Listing: A fabulous marketing tool providing unlimited virtual tours and a 1-800 call capture system for one low
monthly cost of just $15.95. It is extremely easy to use, effective and very affordable.
REFERRAL COMPANY
For those of you that are considering getting out of real estate or simply want to take a break in 2009, we also offer
Exit’s new referral company. In the referral company, you can keep your license active but forgo all of the Board of Realtor,
MLS, card key fees and any fees that are associated with our industry. You also do not have to pay the annual Exit dues or our new monthly agent fees.
